You understand that use of the Platform is at your own risk and that we shall not be held responsible for any damages, errors, service disruptions, or inaccuracies.

3. No Guarantee of Results or Earnings

FUNDJONE does not make or endorse any guarantees regarding financial outcomes or income levels, whether through:

 Subscription to the Platform,  Participation in networking structures, or  Use of IDs operated under the Platform’s admin.

We expressly disclaim any representations—written, verbal, promotional, or implied— related to potential income, referral benefits, crowdfunding returns, or downline performance. Any examples of earnings are illustrative only and do not represent guarantees of similar outcomes.

4. User Conduct and Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that:

 You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users, sponsors, or downlines;

 We do not control or verify user behavior, fundraisers, or claims made by campaign creators;

 We do not guarantee the legality, reliability, or purpose of any fundraiser or network activity.

Any losses or disputes arising from your use of the Platform, or from engagement with other users, are your sole responsibility, and FUNDJONE shall not be held liable under any theory of law.

5. Third-Party Content and External Links

The Platform may include content or links to websites and tools that are operated or created by third parties. We:

 Do not endorse or assume any responsibility for third-party content, products, or services;

 Provide such links only for convenience and without any liability;  Cannot guarantee the availability, accuracy, or legality of external resources.

You access and use any third-party resources entirely at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, FUNDJONE and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, licensors, and agents shall not be liable for:

 Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages,  Any loss of profits, revenue, data, opportunity, or goodwill,  Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content,  Any user or campaign-related misconduct or fraud.

Our total cumulative liability to you shall not exceed the lesser of: (a) the total subscription fees paid by you to us during the six months preceding the claim, or (b) ₹5,000.

7. No Fiduciary or Agency Relationship

You acknowledge that FUNDJONE is a technology platform only. We do not:

 Act as your agent, trustee, fiduciary, or legal representative;  Hold funds in escrow unless specifically disclosed;  Guarantee the completion or legality of any funding transaction;  Represent or warrant the purpose, legality, or execution of campaigns.

All interactions and transfers are at your discretion, and we assume no duty to monitor or enforce commitments made by any user.

8. Regulatory and Jurisdictional Compliance

FUNDJONE operates under the laws of the Republic of Bharat (India). You are solely responsible for complying with any laws, regulations, or requirements in your jurisdiction outside Bharat, including:

 Consumer protection laws,  Tax obligations,  Financial or fundraising regulations.

By using the Platform, you consent that any disputes arising from or related to this Disclaimer or your use of FUNDJONE will be governed by the laws of Bharat and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

9. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Disclaimer from time to time for clarity, compliance, or legal reasons. If we make material changes, we will provide notice on the Platform or by other means. Your

continued use of FUNDJONE after such updates constitutes your agreement to the revised Policy.
